OLIO – THE FLORENCE SCHOOL OF OLIVE OIL
Our School is situated very close to S.Ambrogio, the most authentic food market in Florence where you can meet Florentine people, suppliers and growers. The neighborhood churches of Santa Croce and San Niccolò are within 15 minutes walking distance. OLIO – The Florence School of Olive Oil works in cooperation with the cooking school The Florence Chefs. OLIO and The Florence Chefs were both launched in 2013 by friends and professional cooking instructors, Barbara Desderi and Silvia Maccari. Both were very active hosting cooking classes in Florence and abroad and decided to join forces to offer the very best teaching of authentic Italian cuisine to those who want to expand their knowledge and skills in Italian cooking by attending classes taught by trained professionals in a relaxed and professional environment.
